Project Manager

Position: FULL TIME / 40hrs week

Compensation: Competitive based on experience

Agilx is seeking a motivated and self-starting individual for the role of Project Manager. A successful individual in this role must be highly detail-oriented, disciplined, self-motivated, have a positive personality, and be ready to jump in and help wherever they’re needed. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining partnerships with our clients and delivering results to ensure their needs are met in a professional and timely manner.

This position will be directly client facing. This includes leading client communications, documentation of the projects, process improvement, prioritizing tasks for the development team and providing internal direction to team members.

Job Duties Include

  • Scheduling and leading of assigned client meetings.
  • Working closely with project management team to determine current bandwidth and schedule of client work. 
  • Communicating all client updates with project management team to ensure they are up to date on all interactions and statuses.
  • Monitoring the internal Agilx task board to ensure work is completed on time.
  • Serving as the external primary point of contact for client questions. 
  • Serving as the internal primary point of contact for developer questions and gathering answers from clients as needed. 
  • Sharing process improvement ideas with the project management team.
  • On-boarding new clients and successfully guiding them through the Agilx project process.
  • Keeping documentation on all phases of a project for future reference.
  • Transitioning clients to the account management team upon project completion.
  • Managing of project requirements and performance throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Owning communications within Agilx to maintain all development work is on track and no impediments exist.

Essential Requirements in a Qualified Candidate

This position requires 1-3 years of experience managing projects and interacting with customers. We are seeking an individual who is comfortable representing the face of Agilx to our clients with a professional personality.

  • Candidates will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as experience managing complex software development / IT projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and juggle many projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and anticipate client needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and complete work assignments logically and accurately.
  • Strong computer skills (familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite) and knowledge of office technology / equipment.
  • Punctual, dependable, and dedicated to achieving a high quality level of operational excellence. 
  • Demonstrate analytical abilities sufficiently to handle client project issues and determine appropriate course of action in response.
  • Ability to “meet the client where they are” by acknowledging their concerns and ensuring they feel heard.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment with project managers and developers to form the best solutions for clients.

Quality Assurance Analyst

Position: FULL TIME / 40hrs week

Are you the person people turn to for technical help? Have you helped fix your mom’s computer countless times? Do your friends call you for answers on the latest phones and gadgets? If you answered yes to these questions, then you may be the perfect fit for Agilx! We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) professional to test new and existing client software releases, monitor our internal ticketing system, and reply to and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

QA responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging releases, and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. bug counts / resolutions and support ticket status). The Agilx QA position will monitor our internal ticketing system and reply to customer-submitted tickets in a timely and professional manner in accordance with our ticket aging policy. 

The QA analyst role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective. Ultimately, you should monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards. 


  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Monitor and respond to client tickets
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Communicate with internal teams (e.g. developers and project managers) to identify system requirements
  • Monitor debugging process results
  • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies


  • Knowledge of desktop and web applications
  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process preferred
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
